Equal Opportunity for All Should Be Our Goal

By Rob Meyne

In 2011, Chicago pastor Corey Brooks lived for a while on the roof of an abandoned motel in his South Side neighborhood. He was protesting urban violence and hoping, through contributions, to raise money for a community center.

Brooks is a longtime advocate for people in his neighborhood, a devout Christian, and a respected leader. In the thirteen years since he lived on that roof, Brooks has learned firsthand of the damage being done to young blacks by contemporary Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) efforts and Critical Race Theory (CRT).

Brooks has become a vocal and effective opponent of DEI, CRT, and other schools of thought that teach Americans that you’re either a victim or an oppressor based on your skin color. Brooks writes intelligently and clearly in a piece from Tablet Magazine. It is worth the read.

DEI has evolved into a catch-all phrase that leftists use to refer to everything that is good and worthwhile about fighting racism. If DEI a just referred to good faith efforts to lift up people who might need a helping hand, that would be one thing. No serious and sane person would object to that. That is not what DEI is. As is so often the case with the gospel of the left, the reality of their policies is different from their rhetoric.

It is likely that most people who embrace equity – people who run our schools, have jobs in corporate HR, or maybe work for a non-profit – talk about the concept as if it is a general, all-encompassing effort to pursue a fair and equal world. One doubts that most equity devotees can even define what it means. Most such people no doubt mean well. But the problem is they end up giving energy and momentum to a disastrous concept they don’t actually understand.

The people who implement equity as a policy, however, know that it isn’t the same thing as equality of opportunity. Equity demands equal results based on one’s membership in a group; equal opportunity has a goal of a color-blind society, where effort, talent, and merit matter and skin color cannot hold you back.

In practice, as it is actually implemented by government, DEI tells us that wealth, opportunity, rewards, and benefits should be allocated according to race, sex, and national origin, not by merit. It is all about racial quotas and rejects the role of merit in our society. DEI is perfectly suited for a socialist society but is antithetical to our own.

CRT is an intellectually vacuous set of objectives that have their roots in the Frankfurt School of communism. Yes, no one likes to admit that, and it doesn’t make one sound less conspiratorial to point it out, but it is true. Critical theory in general began with Marx and others who saw all of society as a war between the classes.

Another Reason to Dump Fox News: Mike Lindell

By J Robert Smith

  • Jan. 15, 2024
  • 2-min read

Fortune reported that after Fox News fired Tucker Carlson, it lost $690 million in value. That isn’t chump change. It’s stock prices have dipped by 12% since saying bye-bye to Carlson, according to invezz.

Making matters worse, Fox capitulated in a lawsuit filed by elections machine company Dominion Voting Systems. That payout was an eye-popping $787 million. Per invezz, another elections machine company “Smartmatic has filed a similar – but bigger – lawsuit.”

Variety reported in May of last year that Carlson was fired to settle with Dominion. Claims Variety:

[An] unnamed [Fox] board member told Carlson that the condition does not appear in any of the settlement’s documents, and instead was a verbal agreement. If Fox didn’t comply, the settlement was off, Carlson was told.”

So, given the big dollar crunch, why would Fox give the heave-ho to any longtime advertisers?

Fox opted to “fire” advertiser Mike Lindell, who created and founded the My Pillow company. Lindell’s company sells more than pillows. My Pillow has struggled ever since retailers started to cancel the brand. Lindell dared publicly challenge the 2020 presidential election results. My Pillow being axed by Bed, Bath, Beyond a few years ago years ago was notable. Bed, Bath, Beyond closed its brick and mortar stores after years of financial struggles. There is a God.

You’d think the Murdochs would be all-in on repairing the financial hemorrhaging anyway they could. Along with finding new revenues, retaining tried and true advertisers is a no-brainer. But no go.

Instead, the Murdochs and their board continue to inch Fox News toward being yet another corporate news media outlet. Fox may never move as left as CNBC and CNN, but its a good bet that over time it’ll morph into a GOP establishment prop.

I dumped Fox when it booted Carlson. I don’t miss it. There are plenty of ways to get reliable news across the internet. Epoch Times and The Blaze are solid news sources, among others. Carlson has programming on X and pay-for programming. I’m also watching Newsmax more often.

Mike Lindell and his employees deserve better than what retailers and Fox News are doing to My Pillow. But remember this: Payback is hell. The day will come when they’ll wish they never played the cancellation game.

All Trump. All the Time?

Is Hunter’s Middle Name “Diogenes?”

By Rob Meyne

  • Jan. 3, 2024
  • 4-min read

If you turn on Netflix or even broadcast TV, you would likely see something that would have been startling twenty years ago. Nudity, profanity, and main characters that identify as transexuals or ficus trees are common.

A similar situation has evolved in American presidential politics. Every week, something happens that would have been a headline-generating event in our parent’s generation. The unusual has become usual. The uncommon has become common.

The search for a decent journalist makes Diogenes’s challenge seem like a piece of cake. (It is not at all certain Diogenes ever said he was looking for an “…honest man.” If he were, he could steer clear of Washington and not reduce his chances of finding one.)

Digoense, by the way, was a founder of stoicism, and would be considered weird even if he was hanging out with the bizarre crowd at a waterfront sunset in Key West. Diogenes was known for doing all manner of things in public that one normally does in private – defecating, fornicating – all in a crowd. He sounded like someone you’d want to party with. If he lived today, he would livestream himself in flagrante delicto. Basically, he’d be Hunter Biden without the influence peddling gig.

Biden and Trump are the two likely nominees, but people are lining up in droves to say they wish they had another choice – anyone – hog, dog, or frog. Both candidates have high negatives and their average age is “deceased.” Trump at least still exhibits signs of life and mental acuity. Biden would likely lose a political debate if he had the gonads to accept one, unless he debated a kumquat or three-toed sloth, in which case it would probably be a push.

Never has a major political candidate been indicted for a crime while he was running for office. Certainly, never has a sitting president indicted his opponent. Never have the political machinations of state, local, and federal governments been coordinated deliberately to try to put a candidate, for whom they have expressed great disdain, behind bars. Never have the courts been used to try to throw a candidate off the ballot by claiming they were part of an insurrection.

If memory serves, the only significant political figure to run for president from prison was four-time candidate Eugene V. Debs, with home I share a hometown, who ran as a socialist. His highest vote total – something shy of a million – was when he was in prison. Somehow the phrase “Vote for Inmate 3994739 never quite caught on as well as the ”Hey, look me over” song used by Birch Bayh (also from Terre Haute) in his first run for the Senate.

On the Democrat side, the evidence that Joe Biden is a crook increases faster than Hunter’s bar bill at the Chateau Marmont.

The problem, of course, is not just that Hunter is a piece of human dung, although that is irrefutable. The PROBLEM is that this particular piece of dung routinely paid his father directly, as did other family members, paid him exorbitant rent, and even paid many of his bills for him. That Joe benefited financially from Hunter’s influence peddling is undeniable. Plus, courts have held that a person can be enriched in a way that qualified as criminal even if the actual financial largesse accumulated only for his close family. If a wife or son is “paid off,” does anyone really believe the husband or father does not benefit?

So we have a massive case of influence peddling, money laundering, and plain old-fashioned bribery that is being ignored or slow walked by a very corrupt Attorney General. On the other side, we have a former president who has been indicted in two jurisdictions with spectacularly weak cases that will require juries to accept legal arguments that are literally unprecedented. Another case is civil because the paucity of evidence against Trump would not sustain an actual criminal indictment.

So you have two possible or even likely crooks competing for the votes of people who loathe them. You have a complacent, lapdog media where true journalists are as rare as an honest Biden, and you have the entire political structure of one of our two major political parties doing their best imitation of a banana republic. Oh, and you have a credible third-party candidate taking votes from both of the major candidates.

You’ve got an economy on the brink and war breaking out on TWO international fronts with our allies involved and a non-zero chance we’ll have American boots on the ground. A cyberattack, EMP, or global nuclear holocaust is also a non-zero possibility.

And those are just the GOOD things happening.

If one tries to take the positive approach, that can help, but coming up with a rational reason to think everything is going to work out fine is more difficult by the day.

For now, I have to go buy a kumquat and see if I can talk a three-toed sloth into running as an independent. I’ll get back with you.

There May Be Hope for AI, and America

By Rob Meyne

We are fortunate that a major advancement in how we learn about public policy is on the way. This is good news. Stay tuned for a moment.

First, if you’re one of those people who says it is hard to be informed about current events, it is time to decide if you care enough to do it. Sorry, but the stakes are so high you need to decide if the future of the nation matters enough to you to be an informed citizen. Pick a lane. Our only hope for the future of the country is that enough people will sufficiently care that they will be well-informed and base their voting decisions accordingly.

It is understandable that we all have busy lives. But we do those things that are most important to us. If you aren’t informed, it is ultimately because you don’t put a high enough priority on it. We all have the same number of hours in a day. How we use them is up to us.

I don’t care about the San Diego Padres. They could disappear entirely, and it wouldn’t affect my daily routine at all. My friend at work, though, loves the Padres. She can tell you in what order they batted last night. But she can’t tell you what charges have been made against Trump regarding January 6. (She hates Trump and assumes he led an insurrection but can’t tell you what evidence exists to prove that.)

We learn about those things we care about. If you want to know what matters to someone, find where they spend their time, attention, and resources. That is your answer.

One good thing about the web is that it has never been easier to learn about current events. There is more information available, instantly, than ever before and more is out there every day. There are more web pages than there are people. And it isn’t even close.

The catch, of course, is that most media is biased. And AI is being used to develop false stories. Yes, you must look at more than one source and learn which is truly credible. When you read a story or watch it, note if there is a reliable reference for the information. Most are not well-sourced. I make a point to read things I don’t agree with every day, just to force myself to hear the other side, learn what they think, and possibly – hopefully – learn information that may conflict with what I had thought to be true, or even completely new information that may change my views.

As an aside, I am astonished that most people are afraid of finding out they are wrong. I love it when it happens. I WANT to have the correct information. I will arrogantly add, of course, that it doesn’t happen often 😊. I study this stuff so closely I am, if you’ll excuse me saying so, well-informed. Most people are not. But if I learn facts that conflict with what I thought to be true, I am happy because it matters more to me to be correct than to have my political biases confirmed. Most people are too insecure to be that comfortable.

I would never look at just one source, but one that I do recommend, and that impeccably sources their stories, is the Blaze. Its founder is a conservative guy but not a member of either party. He criticizes Republicans Democrats equally. And he invites us – on radio, online, and in his books – to make up our own minds.

His last book was over 400 pages, more than 50 of which were footnotes. Check it out and decide for yourself. Beck has been attacked by the left, of course, because he is effective. They generally don’t attack people they aren’t afraid of. They don’t waste their time. Beck has even been called a White Supremacist, which is simply a lie. No one in public life is more committed to equal opportunity, or more against racism, than Beck. But the mainstream media and political elite don’t want you to hear him.

You Support Israel or You Defend Evil – Choose One

By Rob Meyne

  • Nov. 24, 2023
  • 5-min read

Hamas, which is both a terrorist organization and the ruling body of Gaza, on October 7 conducted the biggest act of terrorism targeting Jewish people since the Holocaust. It was the bloodiest, most tragic act of its kind in our lifetimes.

In terms of pure hatred, Hamas and its sycophants have delivered something we have not seen since 911 or the Holocaust. Anyone who doesn’t instantly recognize that has given up their place at the table of rational debate.
Hamas launched an unprovoked assault on ordinary people, not in response to any actions by Israel, and did not target government or military targets. They tortured average citizens, killed them, and took them hostage. Their victims included many Americans.

Israel is our closest ally, and the only real democracy, in the region. They are longtime friends with whom we have officially been aligned since their founding. At one time, a huge majority of Americans supported Israel. Many still do, but it is changing.

The Hamas assault may prove to be one of the events we look back on someday and say, “how did we not rise and stop this once and for all?” If we do not recognize the need to stand as one in support of what is good, decent, and righteous, we may be dooming our world to further suffering that would have been preventable had we just done that right thing.

Thousands have rallied to show their support for Hamas, and their hatred of Israel. Don’t be mistaken. There is no middle ground on October 7 and the Israeli response: either you recognize the Palestinian/Arab attack as an indefensible act of pure evil, or you equivocate and grasp for ways to minimize and excuse it. Many in the Democratic leadership have done just that. Notably, not a single nationally prominent Republican has defended Hamas.

Hamas apologists and supporters, in the U. S. and around the globe, have already gotten to work spinning the news and rewriting history in a way that justifies the Palestinians explicit endorsement of genocide.

Yet no reasonable person can support them at this point. Women were gang raped to the point of having their pelvises shattered. Babies were thrown into ovens, burned alive, or beheaded. Jews and Americans were burned in their homes, shot or beaten to death, and taken hostage. Depending on what survey you look at, something like a quarter or more of Americans openly support Hamas.

Hamas stands sharply against everything Americans have traditionally believed in. Millions of Americans apparently no longer share those values. But if you still place a high priority on mercy, kindness, decency, freedom, and the value of life you cannot support Hamas.

In Washington, sixteen Democratic members of the House did not vote for a simple resolution condemning Hamas and the terrorist attacks. (One GOP member did not support it.) About 12% of the entire Democratic caucus could not agree that terrorism and terrorists are bad. No wonder their party can’t define what is a woman, thinks men can have babies, and believes everyone who isn’t a white male is a victim.

Biden supports a cease fire, which is what Hamas wants. It would give Hamas time to regroup and defend itself. And there are presently periodic pauses to allow the movement of hostages or humanitarian acts.

Yet where does it end? Will continued pauses bring an end to the Hamas reign of terror? No. Cease fires will only guarantee survival of the terrorists. Only letting Israel do its job can lead to an end of the war and the kind of peace that only comes after victory.

How Dark Money Could Harm Trump in 2024

By J Robert Smith

  • Nov. 21, 2023
  • 2-min read

Pennsylvania just had off-year elections. They weren’t for high-profile offices. That made them un-sexy. But the results of those contests offer clear warning shots for Trump and Republicans in 2024.

A state supreme court seat was filled along slews of lesser judgeships. County offices and school boards in some places were filled, too.

The Democrats did well, too well. Much of that is attributable to “dark money.” That’s money from sources where the donors are generally anonymous. Dark money involves a lot of big dollar contributors (as in multimillionaires and billionaires) giving huge chunks of cash to national groups who, in turn, target contests in states. The money is used not only to boost Democrat – most often “progressive” – candidates, but to run negative campaigns against Republicans.

This November in Pennsylvania, dark money made significant differences in contests that most voters pay scant attention to. Yet, the mostly local offices targeted serve as building blocks for bigger offices. They’re foundational, so critical in their ways.

If Trump and Republicans aren’t fretting now about what dark money means in statewide and larger district races in 2024 (legislative, governorships, attorneys general, secretaries of state, state treasurers, Congress, and last but hardly least, the presidency), they better start fretting and figuring out ways to raise money to counter this onslaught of rich progressives across the country … accomplished people who don’t hesitate to stroke big checks that are funneled through progressive groups to win elections.

To that end, it’s best to read Matthew Brouillette’s article at Real Clear Wire, Democrat’s National Dark Money Machine Dominates PA Elections.

Even if you don’t live in PA or give much of a damn about what happens there, what is happening there is happening – or will happen – in your state.

Here’s one pull from Brouillette’s piece that sums up the danger. In the statewide contest for a seat on the PA Supreme Court:

The media howls about outside money or individual Pennsylvanians engaging on behalf of Republicans but largely turns a blind eye to special interests bankrolling Democrats. With final spending reports still coming in, nearly 95% of McCaffery’s [pro-abortion Democrat nominee] funding came from unions, trial lawyers, other special interests, and dark-money groups.

Dark money, along with tactics (put charitably) to identify and harvest ballots, made the difference in battleground states in 2020. Trump lost those states – including Pennsylvania – by razor thin margins.

History can repeat itself if Trump and Republicans fail to fully appreciate the dark money threat and put in place strong countermeasures today.

Why Did Democrats Spiff Up San Fran for Murderous Dictator Xi?

By J Robert Smith

  • Nov. 15, 2023
  • 2-min read

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, but some people’s eyes are downright screwy. Case in point, San Francisco, where multitudes of homeless roam the streets. Said streets, sidewalks, and entrance ways are depositories for human feces, urine, vomit, blood, and whatever else humans exude from their bodies. There are also plenty of criminals who wander among the walking dead.

This is how Democrats – who laughably style themselves as “progressive” – want it. We know so because Democrats, led by their slick-haired, used car salesman-of-a-governor Gavin Newsom, just cleaned up the streets of San Francisco for Xi Jinping, the despicable tyrant atop China’s communist pyramid. Evidently, Xi doesn’t share Democrats’ sensibility that filth, crime, and general nastiness make for a pleasant, hospitable environment.

So, why do you think California Dreamin’ Democrats would go to such great pains to make San Francisco resemble a livable city again?

Sure, Democrats admire the hell out Xi and the PRC model for controlling organizing society from the top down. Scratch most progressive Democrats and there’s a Mao admirer just below the surface. More and more Democrats don’t worship God. They worship money and power – or power to get money. Power, also, to impose their debauched values on you and yours.

But for all Democrats’ blather about equity, fairness, inclusivity, and compassion, they love money and the high life. While working- and middle class Americans struggle in the Not-Golden State and across the republic, Democrats up the food chain are living like Xi and his Politburo chums live: fat and happy. You can bet their neighborhoods are homeless-free and clean as a whistle.

California enterprises – particularly high tech outfits – make bundles of dough off Xi’s China. You don’t think that California’s Democrat elite have their grubby fingers in those high tech pies?

Keeping Xi happy – and not revolted by the craphole that San Fran usually is – matters to Newsom and his own version of Xi’s politburo. San Francisco is disgusting and crime-ridden because Democrats perverted ethos makes it so.

Bet on it.

DC Lifers want Gaza Ceasefire; Where were they with Ukraine?

By J Robert Smith

  • Nov. 14, 2023
  • 3-min read

Per Y! News, November 14:

More than 400 political appointees and staff members representing some 40 government agencies sent a letter to President Joe Biden on Tuesday protesting his support of Israel in its war in the Gaza Strip.

Oh, yeah? So, where have these DC lifers been when it comes to Ukraine? Since the Russian invasion happened in February 2022, mum’s been the word. If estimates are true, anywhere from 400,000-650,000 Ukrainian combatants have lost their lives in that misbegotten conflict. Millions of Ukrainians have fled their country, living as refugees in Central Europe.

Russia has lost 50,000 soldiers by some counts.

Ukraine’s summer offensive pushed by the Biden administration proved a tragic bust. Ukraine has spent itself. It didn’t have to be this way.

Whatever the propaganda from Ukraine and the U.S., the Russians didn’t want war. Putin wanted a negotiated settlement. His primary ask was that Ukraine not join NATO… that Ukraine position itself as unaligned. Period.

At first, the Ukrainians were open to the idea, but Biden’s handlers insisted otherwise. They convinced Zelenskyy to fight. The U.S. would give his regime full backing, including billions of dollars in aid. We’ve learned since that an untold amount of that money was siphoned off and pocketed by By generals and bureaucrats. Corruption is rife in Ukraine.

And let’s not forget that U.S. defense contractors are turning tidy profits off the war.

So, the war happened, but not once – not once – did the usual DC suspects send a letter to Biden calling for a halt to the killing and destruction in Ukraine.

But now they send a letter to Biden asking that his administration insist that Israel halt it’s offensive in Gaza … that humanitarian aid be rendered the Palestinians. Never mind that Hamas leaders are worth billions of dollars.

From NewsNation via MSN:

(NewsNation) — While the people of Gaza are struggling for food, water and medical care, Hamas’ wealthy leadership lives luxuriously in Qatar, according to Israeli officials.

The terrorist group has ruled the Gaza Strip since 2007 after winning parliamentary elections and violently seizing control from the internationally recognized Palestinian Authority.

Now, its top three leaders are worth over $11 billion together, according to reports confirmed by the U.S. Treasury.

While there is a web of men who lead the terror organization, Abu Marzouk, Khaled Mashaal and Ismail Haniyeh are the primary heads, each worth billions. Haniyeh, the “prime minister,” does not live in Gaza and allegedly flies between Turkey and Qatar in a private jet.

So, why this side of the Suez Canal should the U.S. send humanitarian aid to Gaza when Hamas leaders are sitting on billions of dollars in fortunes? Where’s the concern for their fellow Palestinians?

Benjamin “Bibi” Netanyahu insists that the war in Gaza will continue until Hamas is effectively wiped out. He’s not wrong to do so. If similar gruesome attacks had occurred in the U.S. by a (fill in the blank) terrorist group, what do you think our response would be? Would it be unlike the Israelis?

The only way the Israelis should settle is if Hamas is forced from Gaza for good with ironclad guarantees that Hamas or like terrorist outfits will be kept out. The Israelis must be permitted to police Gaza.

Israel is right to wage war. Hamas demonstrated that it’ll engage any savagery to kill Israelis. “No more” is Netanyahu’s cry. As it should be.

America’s Politics are Getting More Like Russia’s, Only Less Trustworthy!

It is not always easy to know when you are experiencing an historic event. But bank on this: people will be talking about this election for decades to come. Unless the left wins, in which case we’ll probably see the end of free speech, and history will be rewritten. But that is a topic for a future column.

This is the first quadrennial U. S. election in which one of the two major political parties has attempted to imprison their leading opponent. This is the stuff of Putin, Mao, and the Woody Allen movie “Bananas.” More importantly, it has become the “stuff” of America’s leading leftist group: the Democratic Party.

The Democratic Party embodies America’s Socialist/Marxist movement. Republicans are the conservative wing, although the GOP clings less faithfully to conservative principles than the Democrats cling to leftist ones. Although that sounds simplistic, it is also manifestly true. If there is a left and a right cohort in American politics, it is the Dems who are the left and the GOP who is the right. It is a complex question, but that much generalization is accurate.

There is no doubt you could find millions of Democratic voters who love America, support freedom, capitalism, and the Constitution. There is also no doubt you will find very few of those people in positions of leadership in the national Democratic Party. It is equally true that average Democrats are becoming more leftist and more comfortable with socialist and fascist activities. They even say so.

Democrats are now accepting, with almost no pushback, ridiculous tropes that most people could even mutter without rolling their eyes. Their party is led by people who accept things on face value that are demonstrably false. For example: there are hundreds of genders; men can have babies; killing a baby in the final trimester only involves the body of the mother; America is systemically and irredeemably racist; all white people are racist; all black people are victims; or police murders of unarmed blacks are a daily occurrence. Those statements are all provably false but widely accepted by Democratic leaders and their sycophants.

The Dems have also rejected the concept of equal opportunity, preferring the concept of equity. Equal opportunity has long been the basis of the American Dream. No longer. Today, our leaders plead for equal outcomes – equity – based on a worldview that values groups but not individuals.
If you seek a party that puts a priority on the individual, the GOP welcomes you. If you seek one that cares about your sex and race, but not you, the Democratic Party is your home.

There should also be no doubt about which is America’s fascist party. Hint: it isn’t the GOP. Nearly every major policy proposal from the Dem leadership involves strengthening the government, and Washington, in particular; reducing freedom; or restricting speech. Their policies depend on big government working in an alliance with rich elites and corporate media.

When a corporate leader strays away from their playbook, he is despised. Consider Elon Musk. He has long been the darling of the left. He believes climate change is a problem and that electric vehicles are a big part of the solution. Then he dared to buy Twitter and become a vocal advocate for free speech. He questioned liberal dogma and exposed the actions by the FBI, White House, DOJ, and even the Democratic National Committee to unconstitutionally censor the speech of individuals and organizations. Now, he is excoriated. This is mostly because he supports free speech. Got it? A principle that used to be the foundation of liberal thought has now become the reason the left rejects people.

Unfortunately, it is not just the Dem leaders who abhor free speech. Public opinion surveys show huge numbers of Democratic voters – ordinary people –think Americans have too much freedom and that speech should be restricted. Just a few short years ago Dems and GOPs alike valued free speech. But one party is turning its back on it.

The differences between the leadership of the two major parties are profound. But the differences among the rank and file of both parties are becoming starker as well.

In a new RealClear Opinion Research poll, a startling 47 percent of Democratic voters said speech should be legal “only under certain circumstances,” and 52 percent approve of government censoring social media posts. A third of Democrats believe Americans have “too much freedom.”

Those saying speech should be “legal under any circumstances” included 74 percent of registered Republicans and 61 percent of independents.” Just five years ago the numbers were at parity. Something has happened to cause the number of Democrats who oppose free speech to skyrocket, and it happened very quickly. Be afraid. Be very afraid!

America’s Socialist/Democratic Party is hell-bent on growing the size and power of government; they are committed to reducing your freedom while they build their own wealth and influence; and they don’t mind using police powers to do it.

A precedent has been established that the party in power should use all means available to destroy their opponents, even to the point of tying them up with legal battles and potentially imprisoning them. This will be the most astonishing and dangerous election in our history. Fascist socialism has overtaken the Dem leadership and many of their followers. It is happening now, and it should concern you deeply.

End of the Road for Free Speech?

By Rob Meyne

  • Nov. 8, 2023
  • 1-min read

It has been learned that the FCC will vote, next week, to give itself control over the internet. That’s right. Complete control of the internet. If this is allowed to stand, it could well be the end of all free speech in this country.

Everything we do, read, learn, and believe comes to us through the internet, or is connected with it at some point. NO governmental agency has the authority to, or justification for, controlling the internet.

It is instructive that the Biden administration has tried to keep a lid on this. They know it is bad policy, they know it is probably unconstitutional, and they know they are pursuing governmental control of the internet so they can censor you.

Don’t let them do it.
